Description from the operating instructions:
The machine has been specially designed for the preparation of natural and PCD drawing dies from 0.10 mm to 2.50 mm to ensure the highest accuracy and uniformity of geometry.
The semi-automatic needle grinding with a fine-grained grinding wheel reduces grinding times to a few seconds. The result is much higher accuracies and significant time savings.
These features make it possible to machine drawing dies while maintaining identical reduction angles and entry and exit angles.
A specially developed oscillating drawing die table leads to a high-gloss polish with remarkable results.
