The fully automatic Niehoff rewinding system for braided bobbins essentially consists of the following components:

In addition, the system was equipped with an automation system from Wasotec / Hacoba Automation. This automation system includes:

The automation system was installed to fully automate the Niehoff system. A handling system handles the insertion of empty spools and the removal of full spools. This enables automatic production operation with this system.
If necessary, the system can also be operated without the automation system, as the automation system has its own separate control unit.
